I check and found that the result is Successfully delivered on Dec 9.

At first we sent the jacket to Jacob Lopez on Oct 20 by Thailand Post however it can not be tracked online.

The buyer asked us for the jacket. We mailed to ask her wait for the shipping time.

We decided to send the replacement jacket to Jacob Lopez again on Nov 23. This turn we use DHL ecommerce or DHL Global mail.

The buyer who is Elizabeth Lopez was misunderstand that she paid for fast shipping. Actually the jacket price is $39.99 USD and shipping is $20 USD that the total is $59.99 USD.

At this point, I sent a few of emails to contact Elizabeth Lopez but she has not replied.
